BastionLinux runs it's own Red Hat Subscription Manager Daemon infrastructure from this portal.

Each of your BastionLinux system's subscription-manager has all of its entitlements and BastionLinux DNF content configurations controlled from this portal.

Managed Services

While your Cloud/Marketplace entitlements give you access to our software; we can provide you much more.

To do so though; we need more information from you so we can link you to your cloud account(s) and the BastionLinux systems with entitlements here.

There are a whole range of things you may then do; such as upgrading your support level(s); accessing enterprise licensing; opting systems into our BastionLinux^MSP.

Cloud Platform Vendors

So you have a Cloud Marketplace? We'd love to be on it!

Requirements

• You have a terraform provider so we can set up VPC, Security Groups et al
• You have a CLI tool (preferably Python - cos Airflow) which we can RPM package so we can publish our base images; and include it in the image for customers of your cloud
• You have a streamlined process (preferably API-based) to manage/publish marketplace offerings
• You have an API-based reporting system so we can do analytics on product uptake/consumption

Our Publication Process

• Software is RPM packaged for ongoing lifecycle management
• We use Progress/Chef to deploy all software
• We use Progress/Inspec to verify/assure deployments before publishing into the Marketplace
• We have Airflow/DAGs specific to each vendor to do this at scale

• System is registered into our Chef infrastructure
• Split services across nodes with zero-config discovery for scaling/internally sharing of your BastionLinux services
• Registration/monitoring within our Grafana cluster by our operations team
• Automated Inspec operational governance
